Dear Michelle, you have no idea how much I appreciate your Chronicles of Ancient Darkness books. I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work. I fell in love with them the moment I started reading. You should be so proud of yourself, because you’ve come so far. The fact that your books have been a success and have been translated into so many languages, including Spanish (I’m from Madrid and I’ve read the Spanish version), confirms this. Your books, your originality, and your way of describing everything have inspired me greatly, and thanks to them I’ve started writing a similar story.
I would like to ask you a very big favor: if possible, I would love to have a photo of you signed by you (it could be a digital copy of your photo, and I would print it), and it would always be my favorite bookmark. Thank you so much for everything, and I wish you all the best

Hola, Zoe – and I’m so glad that you like the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness so much!  It’s also brilliant that they’ve inspired you to start writing your own stories.  Who knows where that may take you?  As for your request, I’m afraid that I don’t send out signed pictures of myself, because if I did for one reader, I’d have to do it for everyone (and I’m not sufficiently up with tech stuff to do it digitally).  I’m so sorry to disappoint you; but I’ve no doubt that you’ll be able to construct a much more beautiful bookmark from some of the artwork in the book!  In the meantime, thanks very much for getting in touch – and may your own writing go from strength to strength.  With very best wishes, Michelle.
