Hello, Tierra.  It may surprise you, but I never write with a “message”. You see, I prefer to let each reader to find their own meaning in my stories.  So I leave it to you to ask yourself what meaning you can find in Wolf Brother; or none, it’s up to you.  As for the inspiration for the story, please see my answer to your classmate Hailey.  And for how long did I take to write it, it took about a year.  That may sound like a very long time, and I explain why in my answer to your classmate Connor.  Thanks for asking, and I hope you enjoy the other eight books in the series.  With best wishes, Michelle
