Dear Michelle,
my name is Tali and I’m 11. I love every single one of your books – in the wolf brother series . It started when I found a copy of wolf brother in a phone box / library in Leominster . Anyways,I have 2 questions :

Who is the 7th soul eater ?
and …
Please can you write another book in the series ?I’m desperate .
Thank you,
Tali. :)
PS;my dad gives consent .

Michelle Replies…

Dear Tali, it’s brilliant that you like my books, and I love how you found Wolf Brother in a phone box library!  (I like the mystery of not knowing who left it there, and why…) I’m afraid that I’ve no plans to write another book in the series, because I think that with the ninth book, Wolfbane, I’ve given Torak, Renn and Wolf a good send-off – and I wouldn’t want to spoil things by letting the series fizzle out.  However lots of readers have told me that they enjoy re-reading the books, so maybe that will work for you too.  As for who is the seventh Soul-Eater: I don’t want to spoil things by telling you, but I will tell you that you’ll find out in Book 6, Ghost Hunter.  I hope that helps a bit.  And may the guardian run with you!  With very best wishes, Michelle

An experience like no other. From a writer like no other...

Successfully published as an adult author, the Chronicles of Ancient Darkness (“Wolf Brother”) were her first books for younger readers, followed by her brilliant 5-part series set in the bronze age, Gods and Warriors. On the adult side, her first ghost story, Dark Matter, was a UK bestseller and won massive praise from reviewers and readers alike, as did her second ghost story, Thin Air.
